Privacy policy for the TEM Foundation

Generally

The TEM Foundation is responsible for the personal information you share with us. This policy specifes which data the TEM Foundation collects, how it is managed and what it is used for.

  • register for our courses or network meetings

Purpose of saving the data

The TEM Foundation is responsible for the personal information that is provided to us in connection with the entering of an agreement with us, signing up as a participant for courses and network meetings, signing up for a subscription service for newsletters or otherwise get in contact with us. You can at any time request deregistration from the newsletter or other mailings from the TEM Foundation.

For activities organized by the TEM Foundation, such as but not limited to conferences, network meetings and similarly, photography can take place and images can be published on the TEM Foundation's website and / or social media.

The TEM Foundation does not provide personal data to third parties unless it is required to provide services according to agreement. 

How long will the data be saved?

Personal data is not stored for longer than what is necessary to fulfill the purposes as stated above. You can at any time request that your information cannot not be used for marketing.

The person whose personal information has been collected has the right to obtain an excerpt from the TEM Foundation, which shows which information we stored about you and how the information is used. Such a request must be in writing. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection and, if there are no legal obstacles, get your information deleted. You also have the right to have your information corrected in case incorrect data has been registered.

The person whose personal data is registered with the TEM Foundation is entitled to request the transfer of the information to another data controller. This applies to data provided by the data subject deliberately and actively as well as information generated by the data subject's activities. The request should be in writing.
