After a decade of growth, NCSH is excited to announce a major organizational shift
Until now, NCSH has been operating as a sub-brand under the TEM Foundation. While this structure served us well, it presented limitations for both NCSH’s brand development and the Foundation’s ability to manage funding and cash flow effectively.
To overcome these challenges, TEM Foundation, together with 11 private investors, has established NCSH Services AB. This new company has acquired both the NCSH brand and network from TEM Foundation, marking the beginning of a new chapter. NCSH is now a unique combination of an NGO/foundation, a global network, and a private equity-backed startup - all focused on advancing sustainability in healthcare worldwide. Moving forward, TEM Foundation will remain the research and development arm of NCSH, dedicated to securing external funding and managing research grants. This restructuring also opens up opportunities for the Foundation to operate more like an institute, attracting a wider range of project funding.
Although TEM Foundation will continue to hold the largest share in NCSH Services AB- ensuring its position as the primary stakeholder indefinitely- both entities will work in close partnership under the same roof. For our partners and members, this change will have no significant impact on day-to-day operations. Invoices will now come from NCSH Services AB, but otherwise, everything will remain the same.
We are incredibly proud of the trust shown by our investors during the initial share offering and are grateful for the support they’ve placed in us. This milestone is a testament to the strength of the NCSH brand and we are eager to continue our journey toward sustainable healthcare solutions.
