At our member Schneider Electric’s Innovation Summit in Copenhagen

The 2025 summit gathered leaders, innovators and changemakers from across industries globally to explore how electrification, automation and digital intelligence are converging to reshape the global energy landscape.

Over two inspiring days, October 22–23, thousands of participants discovered how these forces are driving transformation across homes, workplaces, industries and infrastructure-not at least hospitals-unlocking new possibilities for resilience, sustainability and progress. The event offered a great opportunity to get energized, connect with peers and experience first-hand how innovative energy technologies are shaping the future of business and society.

Stig Mellström, Segment Leader Healthcare & National Account Manager at Schneider Electric hosted the Swedish group of healthcare sustainability stakeholders:

"We need to build robustly, reduce energy consumption, and achieve our sustainability goals, while ensuring that the indoor climate remains optimal for both patients and staff. This is a challenge, especially as the demand for hospital beds continues to grow. It requires new technology, which in turn demands new ways of working and the right skills. It’s about having the courage to engage in change management and not getting stuck in-this is how we’ve always done it", says Stig.
