'Whole System Transformation of Healthcare Infrastructure'

"The European Health Property Network's 2023 workshop takes inspiration from the programme of whole system transformation of hospitals and primary/community health facilities that has taken place in Denmark from the mid-2000's to the present day. This programme is perhaps unique in Europe, both in scope and in scale, and we hope to learn how healthcare infrastructure renewal has accompanied changes in care models, technology, clinical practice and climate awareness.
The 2023 workshop will showcase a formidable group of expert speakers and panellists, drawn from our host country and from EuHPN's members and associates across Europe. Within the overarching theme of whole system transformation, we will spend two days examining linked sub-themes including:
• Learning from the Danish experience
• Integrating clinical services and buildings
• Achieving Net Zero healthcare facilities
• Using AI to change our approach to planning and designing health buildings
• Improving the experience of the users of healthcare facilities.
On the final day of the workshop some participants will take part in optional study visits of nearby healthcare environments. Please note that places on these tours are limited and may not be available at the time of registration."
