As a Dutch Medtech scale-up established in 2017, smartQare works to minimise the gap between supply and demand when it comes to accessible and affordable healthcare. Here is a preview of how they do it:

Medical technology must offer a solution for this in the future. Because (patient) data forms the basis for decision-making by professionals in the healthcare system, having patient data available at the right time in the right place is essential for providing the most appropriate care.
Anticipating demographic trends combined with technological innovation, remote patient monitoring bridges the access barrier by providing care to patients wherever they are and whenever they need it.
Our vision was not to develop one piece of the puzzle, but to develop all the key components to unlock new ways of connected care. We have created a 'digital health' solution, called viQtor, which is suitable for care in a hospital or healthcare organization and at home.
