Pharmafilter that designs, builds and operates an on-site waste and wastewater treatment plant for Hospitals. Pharmafilter delivers a truly innovate system and way of working. Tonto high-tech waste shredders are located in sluice or washrooms and other locations throughout the hospital. Decentralizing, lowering of waste logistics and decontamination of hospital general and health care risk waste takes place in the Pharmafilter plant. The effluent from the hospital is also fully purified in four steps and cleansed of all harmful substances such as medicinal residues, cytostatics, contrast liquids, endocrine substances, bacteria and viruses. The purified water is suitable for flushing the Tonto, toilets, cooling towers and other process applications.
